Alicia Diaz-Blevins is a Business Consultant, Coach and Speaker at Aldin Consulting Group who partners
with CEOs, executives and solopreneurs to grow their business "Making a difference, One company at a
time".

Alicia is well known as a TIME and PROFIT finder. After spending more than 25 years as a top executive
for companies in different industries in the USA and Mexico, Alicia knows what truly drives companies to
successful results. She has helped dozens of companies maximize profitability, increase cash flow,
implement controls, work on overall business performance improvement by focusing personnel through
KPI’s and objectives aligned to corporate goals, creating compensation, training and development plans
for management and key personnel, and creating continuous improvement programs saving millions of
dollars.

Alicia holds a BA in Business Administration with honors from La Salle University, an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México
(ITAM), as well as training in several Key Executive Programs from Harvard Business School, ITAM, and Instituto Panamericano de Alta
Dirección de Empresas (IPADE).  She has published different articles at Expansion and CMIC Magazines, as well as Grupo Integra, and has
taught Finance and Strategic Planning at La Salle University and ITAM. She has also been interviewed as a Top Executive Woman in Mexico
at Expansion and Vuela Magazines.

Alicia is a member of the San Antonio Women Chamber of Commerce (SAWCC), San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SAHCC)
where she participates in the Educational Committee, and the San Antonio Human Resources Management Association (SAHRMA) where
she participates in the Training and Development Committee. She is also Member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and
AMEP USA among others.
